I've been down in the dumps for weeks but I think I've gotten to a point where I'm redirecting my energy to things that make me happy like beauty, creating, art projects and fitness. Speaking to people around me really helped me navigate through feelings and I implore you guys to communicate - Remember to reach out and lean on each other, ask for help if you need it, and help where you can. I know things are tough for all of us, all in our own ways but we'll get through this phase ❤️
